To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com **Delivery, SenioAssociate, OneHR GRX** Working at Operations, the HR administrator will be responsible of maintaining the client HR administration master data and performing any relevant client related HR administration tasks. **_Main tasks & responsibilities:_** • Work as the first point of contact for employees or customer HR representative o Handles and tracks incoming e-mails o Handles tickets in our HR Information System (hrX Assist) o Build up and maintain a relationship of confidence and mutual respect with clients o Responds to HR questions, analyses and solves questions, problems and/or requests o Continues updates on client policies and procedures • Performs data administration o Verifies receipt and validates documentation o Archives documents if legally required o Maintain, control and update personnel information in the HR Information System • Escalates in depth inquiries and requests to the appropriate colleague/department **_Qualifications:_** • Degree in HR policies and processes is a plus, but not a must • Good computer skills (MS Office) **_Language Skills_** _:_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. **_Personal skills:_** • Interest in HR Administrative Support • Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines • Strong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy • Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision • Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department • Be a good analyser and problem solver **Key Competences** + **Be Accountable** - Take advantage of the World of Opportunity and demonstrate personal responsibility and eagerness to explore & acquire the necessary skills.
