Position Overview 

This individual is responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition on DEIA initiatives and providing data analysis and programming support to the Manager of DEIA. This role contributes to both talent attraction and retention efforts. 


Location: Schaumburg, IL with remote/work from home flexibility


Primary Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute strategies for attracting diverse talent.Manage and cultivate relationships with external organizations and partners to enhance brand awareness and attract diverse talent through networking events and conferences. Develop and execute plans to maximize these partnerships.Partner with TA leadership and TA colleagues to advise on DEIA best practices related to talent attraction.Analyze DEIA data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.Manage assigned DEIA projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.Execute diverse talent retention initiatives, in alignment with leadership strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with Paylocity’s DEIA strategy, branding, and communications.Be a liaison and TA ambassador and voice, during internal DEIA initiatives and meetings.Stay informed on industry trends and use this knowledge to help enhance and refine Paylocity’s talent attraction and retention approach.

Required Education and Experience

BA/BS in human resources, business-related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in program management, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on talent acquisition and DEIA.Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of DEIA principles, best practices, and challenges within a corporate setting.Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.Current or previous experience in engaging and influencing senior leadership and other key stakeholders.Strategic and analytical thinkerStrong presentation and written communication skillsMust be able to demonstrate strong business acumen.Advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Demonstrable experience managing deadlines for deliverables.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while keeping the needs of the business partners top of mind.Strong organization and planning skills, proactively prioritizing critical work.High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
