ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for all deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and kitchen facilities. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have the requirements to cleaning of all ovens, fryers, vent hoods, char broilers, griddles, cheese melters, salamanders, rotisseries, smokers, kettles, tilt skillets, ranges, steamers, coolers, floors and walls. Insure all cleaning is maintained with the proper chemicals supplied by the executive chef. Inform management of needed repairs.
