The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
DescriptionUnder limited supervision, the Dedicated Hiring manager will conduct independent interviews, attend recruiting events and career fairs to assist talent acquisition and sourcing. Manage Interview SharePoint and schedule interviews with DRC staff. Attends calibration meetings with Talent Acquisition team to assess trends, candidate profile, targets, and hiring decisions. Partners with Licensing Team in support of obtaining documentation necessary to obtain required licenses. Partners with Pre-Licensing training team on matters impacting representatives while obtaining licenses. Conducts new hire orientation.
This is a remote position, however, those within 50 miles of our DRC offices must report to the office once a week. Please note that this policy is subject to change.
Responsibilities
Performs a full range of recruiting functions to support DRC hiring initiatives. Partners with Talent Acquisition to assist in sourcing, recruiting and debrief to review selection process and candidates. Performs new hire outreach including welcome calls, new hire meet-and-greets. Executes hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, high-production, and high-volume environment that focuses heavily on providing excellent candidate experience. Identifies and analyzes the recruiting plan to ensure candidate profile, selection process, and retention of employees aligns with business goals. Collaborates with Licensing, Training, and Sales Development teams to calibrate on new hire/onboarding gaps and alignment on other DRC initiatives. Manages tools and resources to include but not limited to scheduling, organizing and coordinating interviews, follow up on representative licensing issues. Handles all post hire administrative duties to ensure background and licensing is complete. Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, hiring manager interactions, and other interviewing activities to ensure Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies, processes, and applicable laws. Using available data, provides routine analysis makes recommendations for hiring improvements and executes agreed upon solutions when appropriate. Describes various options to solve recruiting-related business problems. Manage all P@L responsibilities from hire date until nesting transfer, terms, attendance, queue transfers.
