Duties:
Include, but not limited to –
Balancing of accounts Submissions of debtor invoices on platforms Debtor collections, allocations and month end procedures Creditors / supplier invoice capturing, allocations and month end procedures Petty Cash Filing Preparation of files for audit Requirements:
3 - 5 years’ related Debtor / Creditor / Bookkeeping experience in same or similar role in the motor industry Proficient in TMS Teamwork and SAGE Accounting Know how to balance accounts correctly and not force balance (Imperative) Great Attention to Detail (Imperative) Strong Administration Thorough knowledge of handling Accounts and Payment Collections Excellent Customer Relations Motor Industry Experience Essential!!!
