We are searching for a Debt Collector with strong collections experience
Key Performance Indicators
Reach Collection Target each month
Minimum 150 dials per day
Minimum 2 hours talktime per day
All tasks completed at the end of the business
Capture in correct Pastel Categories
Collections General
Call & contact until a PTP or payment has been made
Pull an age analysis and work through this list systematically by ticking it off
If a monthly payment in the previous month you must look at the outstanding balance and call them The aim is to have accounts at up to date at zero by the end of the month Regular payers can still be called and reminded and also asked for referrals
Add notes on the CRM system after each call and fill the collections form and the call outcome
If you receive an incoming query update the CRM system
Trace where required
Adjust the debit order system and banking details as required
Send debit order mandates when required and follow up by setting a follow up task
Reach monthly collections target
Ensure inbox queries are up to date assist with outstanding balances
Make sure all Follow Up Tasks on the CRM system are set correctly and actioned daily
Ensure that customers on Pastel are in the correct categories at all times
If a payment has been made make notes on the CRM system and move to correct category and update Pastel Status
Load existing monthly customers request to go back onto D/O or who has changed banking details Work out the outstanding balances from Pastel and adjust Realpay
Receive daily DC statement and check for cash payments Adjust Realpay accordingly
Requirements
Must have strong collections experience
Working hours are the 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Fridays
Experience on Pastel and a tracing system will really be beneficial
Salary Market related salary Per Month target incentives if targets and KPIs are met
