Dealer Training Academy Manager
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Automotive Training Strategy Development and Management Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Human Resources, or Education Strong working knowledge of developing training metrics, measuring results, collating management information reports, general procurement practices (including tender management), and vendor management Extensive experience in training needs analysis and financial business management Ability to work in a high-pressure, competitive Automotive OEM international and multicultural environment Stable track record with contactable references Salary Structure:
