As the Dealers Manager at EcoWater in Poland and Eastern Europe, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our network of authorized dealers. You will be responsible for strengthening our position and ensuring alignment with EcoWater's long-term strategy goals and standards, driving growth, and maintaining excellent dealer relationships.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Dealers network management:
Implement the commercial policy (value, volume, profitability, product and/or customer priorities, lead management, etc.) co-defined with your Management and ensure the needed deployment of the dealership contract.Develop and execute strategies to expand and optimize the dealer network while creating a dynamic and constant link with the network (face-to-face and digital), also ensuring the correct flow of information between dealers and EWS, as well as making communication more fluid and facilitative.Ensure that the commercial policy is correct and homogeneous: compliance with the pricing conditions, our general terms and conditions, notion of "rights and duties" from our contract, product ranges and brands offered.Ensure the development of the network by prospecting and recruiting future dealers. For that, evaluate potential dealers and onboard them in accordance with company guidelines.Monitor dealer performance and provide support to enhance their capabilities.Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and brand standards.2. Sales and Revenue generation:
Collaborate with your manager to set growth sales targets and strategies aligned with company objectives.Monitor sales performance (analyze sales data, track performance indicators) and provide guidance or support to achieve revenue goals.Analyze and prepare sales and activities reports to your management.Conduct regular sales meetings to improve dealer sales effectiveness.Follow and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.3. Relationship management:
Build strong, trusting relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and commitment, while identifying their needs and offering possible solutionsServe as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries, issues, and escalations.Resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and timely manner.Conduct regular visits, meetings and communications to maintain strong rapport.Give, train and develop a positive network image and develop pride in belonging to the brand as well as collective intelligence by involving dealers in the evolution of the network's know-how and interpersonal skills.4. Marketing activities:
Be a permanent company - brand ambassador and advocate.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop dealer-specific marketing campaigns and materials.Ensure that the network's graphic charter, the contractual obligations of the partners and the proper maintenance of the points of sale when they exist.Ensure the deployment and proper use of marketing/communication tools developed in-house and conduct specific training on these tools from time to time.Implement promotional programs to drive product awareness and demand at the dealer level.Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.5. Training development and other activities:
Organize and conduct training programs to educate dealers on product features, sales techniques (value-based selling), and customer service.Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure dealers are well-equipped to represent EcoWater effectively or to use available tools and systems.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve dealer training programs and your market/customer knowledgeCollaborate with other departments: marketing, production, logistics and finance departments to achieve company goals.Represent the company at events such as fairs, exhibitions, conventions, open days, etcFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
