Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deal Implementation Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team. Responsibilities

Execute trades across various asset classes in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor and manage the settlement process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Liaise with brokers, custodians, and other stakeholders to resolve trade discrepancies. Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance frameworks. Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required. Support the design and rollout of new operational and investment systems. Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for implemented systems. Train team members on new systems and processes. Oversee the daily operational activities associated with trade processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless operations. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including custodians and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Proven experience in trade execution and settlements (strongly preferred). Previous exposure to compliance and operational roles within financial services is advantageous. Familiarity with system implementation and management is a plus. A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, JSE Registered Persons Exams) are a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in financial systems and tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Knowledge of South African financial regulations and market practices. Ability to work independently and in a remote working environment.
