Reporting to the Operations Analytics Manager. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Continuously analyse returns, Recovery and RFC operational data Set up appropriate dashboards Develop reports and KPI Align with systems engineers Set up and configure systems Build operational dashboards Build production reports Build real time Apps to capture exceptions Exceptions management Offer innovation and challenge current process Identify business and operational opportunities

Attributes required:

High numeracy affinity Proficient on MS office Highly proficient on WMS or ERP system Solid competency on statistical calculations Ability to build models and financial business cases Previous experience building dashboards Previous experience building operational reports Data analysis SQL experience App building experience Solid process minded – ability to conceptualise the operational environment Simulations Financial acumen Work in groups
 

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Management Data management / Quantitative course At least 3-5 years’ experience as an Analyst
