Responsibilities:

Grounds maintenance and caring for interior/exterior of buildings Housekeeping and janitorial tasks Other general maintenance duties as necessary

Qualifications: 

One to two years of groundskeeping and/or basic maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have basic set of tools Be responsible and reliable Have a positive and professional attitude
