What You'll Be Doing
Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load aggregate materials.
Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure proper material flow and quality.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loadout equipment.
Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedules.
Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and operational activities.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment and perform inspections.
Frequent exposure to dust, vibration, and uneven terrain.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
