Datacentre Migration Project Manager

We’re searching for a UK-based Datacentre Migration Project Manager to join our R&D team so that we can accelerate the migration of our Datix Web and Optima products from third-party datacentres to AWS. The Datacentre Migration Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and engage with customers to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the cloud How You’ll Spend Your Time + Coordinating cross-functional teams to streamline cloud migration efforts and ensure alignment across R&D, Support, and Customer Success. + Managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations to keep the migration process on track. + Liaising with customers to schedule downtime, obtain testing sign-offs, and ensure minimal disruption. + Tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, and driving momentum to meet the 12-month migration goal. + Facilitating governance frameworks and post-migration validation to ensure a successful transition. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having + Senior level experience as a client-facing project manager, ideally in technology or cloud migration projects. + Proven success in managing large-scale cloud migrations or other complex IT infrastructure projects. + In-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud and Microsoft technologies (technical expertise is not required, but familiarity is key). + Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage with customers. + Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams. + A knack for working collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
