Our products enable professionals to maintain the reliability, safety, and precision of their operations across key industries, including industrial manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and telecommunications. **Position Summary:** The Datacenter Segment Manager - EMEA is a pivotal role responsible for driving the identification, strategy, and execution of growth opportunities within the Datacenter segment across the EMEA region. This position will focus on leading the commercial effort to expand Fluke’s complete product, software, and service offering into the Datacenter vertical, aligning with broader business goals to accelerate market penetration. This role will require close collaboration with the Field Sales teams and other Segment Managers across different divisions within the organization to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. The Datacenter Segment Manager will own the bookings and revenue quota for sales within the Datacenter segment, ensuring the commercial success of Fluke’s offerings in this emerging area. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Segment Identification & Strategy Development:** + Identify high-growth potential opportunities within the Datacenter segment that align with Fluke’s product portfolio and have untapped market potential + Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Data Center segment + Prioritize key applications such as data center infrastructure management, power quality monitoring, thermal imaging, and other critical Datacenter operations + **Commercial Leadership:** + Lead the commercial strategy and execution to drive bookings and revenue growth within the Datacenter segment + Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and sales teams to tailor go-to-market strategies for the Datacenter segment, ensuring competitive differentiation and clear customer value propositions + Own and deliver on revenue and bookings quotas for sales within the Datacenter segment + **Vertical and Segment Expansion:** + Grow Fluke’s market share and presence in the Datacenter segment by strategically positioning the full product portfolio, software solutions, and services (including Fluke Premium Care and calibration services) + Develop new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring new customers within the Datacenter segment and expanding relationships with existing customers to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities + **Collaboration & Coordination:** + Work closely with the Field Sales teams, including the Sales Directors, and other Segment Managers across the different divisions to ensure alignment and consistency in approach + Foster a collaborative approach to developing and implementing best practices for market penetration across divisions and regions + Provide guidance and leadership to internal teams to ensure successful implementation of the growth strategies + **Pipeline Development & Sales Execution:** + Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and ensuring a consistent flow of prospects through the sales cycle + Support the Field Sales teams by providing insights into market opportunities and customer needs within the Datacenter segment + Engage directly with key customers and prospects to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions from Fluke’s product and service portfolio + **Market & Customer Insights:** + Leverage deep market insights to refine and adjust strategies based on evolving customer needs, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics + Provide ongoing feedback to product development teams to ensure that Fluke’s product offerings continue to align with the needs of the Datacenter segment + **Reporting & Performance Monitoring:** + Regularly report on bookings, revenue performance, and progress towards strategic goals to the EMEA Sales Director and senior leadership + Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, pipeline development, customer acquisition, and market share expansion within the Datacenter segment **Qualifications:** + **Experience & Skills:** + 7-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment + Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies for specific market segments or verticals + Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through both direct and indirect sales channels + Strong track record of quota achievement, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering commercial success within targeted segments + Experience collaborating across divisions and working with Field Sales teams to align efforts and execute go-to-market strategies + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage with
