What will you be doing?

As a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the customer data center infrastructure. You will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of our servers, networking equipment, and related systems. Your technical expertise will be crucial in implementing and maintaining data center hardware, software, and environmental controls.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center equipment including servers, storage devices, and networking devices. Monitor data center performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Implement and maintain data center security measures. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards. Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Manage data center environmental controls such as HVAC systems. Perform routine audits of systems and software. Maintain documentation of data center processes and procedures. Participate in capacity planning and expansion projects. Provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure issues.
