Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Serves as the central technical resource to drive the connection different KLA different data system into existing Digital Twin system, and create new capabilities for different end users. Works on optimizing complex data process, improving end user experience, and validate solutions. Works directly with IT and collaborates with different engineering functions to streamline feature validation.

Job Scope and Complexity:

Play a major role in Digital Twin Project Development, system testing, and implementation

Align with functional groups and write business requirement documents.

Collaborate and drive features within target dates.

Identify technical risks and/or process gaps, and respective proactive mitigation plans.

Define validation method, specs/metrics for new features. If needed, develop scripts to test proof of concept of new features.

Validate features on alpha/beta phase of the Digital Twin’s life cycle.

Support development of innovative features to streamline user experience

Develop processes and document guidelines for Digital Twin’s outputs and other data system integration

Solid understanding of PLC operation, ECO operation, and query SQL.

Solid understanding of overall data base system operation and integration.

Collaborate within team and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and/or operational challenges

May need to assist on Reliability Engineering tasks like reliability modeling

Travel 15% domestic and international

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of KLA division's products is a plus.

Experience in Product Life Cycle practice and SEMI E10 definitions is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Good technical presentation skills and ability to lead remotely discussions on data integration validation issues.

Experience with SQL query, PBI, Python

Fundamental understanding of reliability modelling and experience in data analytics/statistics

Experience in Digital Twin product/processes
