Database Coordinator
Qualification Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer sciences (Database) or similar Experience Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience in Database management or a related role. Requirements Experience in SQL Server is highly preferable. Proficiency in database management software and tools.  Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach to facility management. Responsibilities Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of geological data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and integrity in the database. Regularly update and optimize geological databases, including loading new data, managing backups, and ensuring efficient database performance. Maintain quality control measures to ensure that geological data is accurate, validated, and compliant with industry standards and company protocols. Coordinate the integration of various data sources, such as drilling, sampling, mapping, and geophysical data, into the geological database for use by geoscientists and engineers. Work closely with geologists and other technical teams to ensure the database meets project requirements and that data is accessible for analysis and decision-making. Generate reports, dashboards and maintain documentation related to geological data processes, database updates, and quality assurance activities. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive geological data, managing user access controls and implementing necessary data protection protocols. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facility management, safety, and environmental standards.
