Are you someone who can:

Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize credit card collections strategiesAnalyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve collection efforts and minimize defaultsDevelop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize credit card collections strategiesAnalyse customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve collection efforts and minimize defaultsCreate dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and metrics to stakeholders effectivelyTrack performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations based on data findingsCollaborate with collections operations teams to understand their challenges and integrate data solutions that drive efficiency.Work closely with the Credit teams, Collection advisors and managers, and finance teams as necessary to align strategiesLead and manage data science projects from conception through to executionMentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts within the team

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related fieldHave 3+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis, preferably in the financial services or credit risk domainHave proven experience with credit card collections or debt recovery processes (highly desirable)Are proficient in SAS for statistical analysis and modelingHave experience with big data toolsHave strong knowledge of SQL or SAS for data extraction and manipulation
