As a Data Scientist associate Senior within the Marketing Analytics division, you will drive data-driven strategies and deliver insights that shape marketing initiatives, with direct impact at the executive level.

Job responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to enhance data quality and minimize redundancy.Simplify and integrate complex data sets for seamless cross-organizational use.Transform data into strategic insights and present compelling narratives to stakeholders for informed decision-making.Lead the production, optimization, and automation of key reports.Analyze marketing data to uncover customer behavior and trends across channels.Evaluate the impact of marketing OKRs on business performance.Strategically manage and enhance key marketing reports to support business objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance/Stats/Econ/Math/Engineering) or equivalent work/training.Seven years of analytics experience, with a focus on marketing analytics.Advanced knowledge of machine learning and statistical methods.Experience in analytical languages (Python, SAS, etc.) and relational databases (SQL, Snowflake, Teradata).Strong communication skills to present to and collaborate with business partners.Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, which will require the ability to synthesize/analyze diverse information and develop recommendations from observed outcomes.Ability to create and own principal work streams that have major impacts on business health.
