The Logistics International team is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations for GTO International manufacturing (IM) plants, as well as external logistics operations across the international region. This includes developing supply chain networks, transport systems, and working closely with production and digitalization teams to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Your new role

As Data Scientist & Project Manager Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team working on data-driven projects that shape the future of our operations. Over 15 exciting months, you will gain hands-on experience in data science, project execution, and stakeholder management while exploring the broader scope of our global truck manufacturing organization. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for data science initiatives.  Data Analysis and Modeling: Perform advanced data analysis and build predictive models to support business decisions.  Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and senior management.  Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and implementation details.  Business Needs Translation: Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and implement appropriate technologies to meet business needs.  Who are you?
