We are seeking a Data Scientist with a passion for solving complex problems and driving insights through data. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and data engineering techniques to extract value from large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. This role involves implementing data workflows, developing predictive models, and working with modern cloud and big data solutions. Proficiency in tools like Spark, Databricks, and programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala is highly desirable.

You will:
Collaborate with stakeholders, data architects, and engineers to understand business requirements and identify analytical opportunities. ·Design and develop machine learning models, statistical analyses, and predictive algorithms to drive data-driven decisions. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Spark and Hadoop for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis. Work with Data Lake solutions such as Amazon S3, Databricks, and Snowflake to manage and process large-scale datasets. Extract, clean, and transform data from relational and non-relational sources such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Develop and automate data workflows, integrating tools like MLFlow for model tracking and deployment. Utilize Jupyter Notebooks for research, exploration, and collaboration on data models and findings. Explore and apply Deep Learning techniques using tools such as FastAI for advanced analytics. Program robust solutions using Python, R, SQL, Scala, or Java, and employ scripting languages like Go or RUST when needed. Perform statistical testing, data profiling, and hypothesis validation to generate actionable insights. Develop interactive visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings clearly using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries. Stay updated with cutting-edge tools and advancements in data science, machine learning, and deep learning.You Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a similar role. Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, Scala, or Java. Proficiency with big data tools and frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. Experience working with Data Lake solutions like Amazon S3, Databricks, or Snowflake. Familiarity with MLFlow Automation, Jupyter Notebooks, and Deep Learning frameworks such as FastAI. Hands-on experience in building and validating machine learning models and pipelines. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Go or RUST. Experience with advanced Deep Learning techniques and frameworks. Proficiency in automating ML workflows with MLFlow. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
