Data Scientist
**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Data Scientist** to join our team in **Doral, FL** . **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Develop and implement data strategies and frameworks. + Identify data requirements, establish robust data governance policies, and ensure data quality and integrity across the organization. + Design and implement data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to optimize data management and accessibility. + Conduct complex data analysis and modeling to derive valuable insights and recommendations for program management and decision making. + Use advanced statistical techniques, data mining, and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within the data. + Provide actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives and enhance overall program performance. + Create advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate program performance, KPIs, and trends. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. + Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. + PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. + DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. + 4+ years of relevant experience. **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience supporting DoD programs. + ITIL certification. + Experience with cloud-based technologies. + Experience with Risk Management Framework. + Experience with Zero Trust Architecture. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/activeSecret clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
