What You'll Do

役割

 

アナリティクスのエキスパートとして、様々な業界のクライアントの重要な経営課題に対し、データ分析、機械学習、数理最適化などを用いて先端的なモデルの設計や構築を行い、企業の大きな変革や成長を支援する

 

具体的な業務

 デジタル領域における専門的な知見を活かし、戦略コンサルタントと共にクライアントと直接向き合いながら、その経営課題に対しビジネス・アナリティクス・ITのスキルを用いて解決を図る データ分析基盤や大規模データ処理に関する知識を用いながら、クライアントの保有するデータや外部データを用いて分析を行い、課題解決のための施策を決定していく

 2026年8月までに、関連領域での修士もしくは博士課程を修了予定であること Pythonでのコーディングスキル 機械学習を用いた分析経験 英語力（日常会話レベル以上）

 先進的なアナリティクス手法を実ビジネスに適用し、成果に結び付ける熱意がある クライアントやチームと協業し、課題解決を遂行する熱意がある アナリティクスだけでなく、ビジネス状況にも関心を持ち、理解しようとする熱意がある 柔軟、自発的で創造的なクリティカルシンキングができる 分析の目的、課題や優先順位を自発的に設定し、チームに積極的に発信できる アナリティクスやデータ分析基盤に関する最新の手法・ツールを学ぶ意欲がある 複雑な分析プロセスや結果をシンプルでわかりやすく可視化することが好きである データサイエンスの複雑な概念を専門家以外でも理解できるように説明できる

関連領域での研究やインターン等の経験数理最適化やオペレーションズ・リサーチ等の経験 自然言語処理・画像認識・音声認識などの経験 マーケティングアナリティクスやBI・DWHなどの経験 ソフトウェア開発やDevOpsの経験 英語力（ビジネスレベル以上）
