UST is recruiting for a Data Product manager / Business Solutions Manager to join our team in East Midlands, who will work with the client’s Data office team to help deliver data sources and data capabilities across a wide range of technologies and stakeholders

Location:                             East Midlands

Type:                                   Fixed Term/ Full time employment/ Contract inside IR35

Duration                              3-6 months with possible extensions

 Hybrid Working model:   3 days’ work from client office

·       10+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a data-driven product environment.

·       Proven track record of successfully managing data products, such as analytics platforms, data pipelines, reporting tools, or machine learning models.

·       Strong experience with data management technologies (SQL, ETL, data warehouses, data lakes, etc.) and a solid understanding of data infrastructure.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data analysis methods.

·       Experience working in agile product development teams.

·       Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data science workflows.

·       Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
