We are seeking a dedicated **Data Privacy Analyst** to become a key member of our Data Privacy team. You will support our Data Privacy Manager in ensuring compliance with global privacy and personal data protection regulations while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.** We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid.** **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + **Collaborate with the Global Data Privacy Manager:** Work together to define and improve internal privacy business processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. + **Support Compliance Initiatives** : Assist legal entities by completing questionnaires that document data processing activities and the use of supporting applications. + **Work closely with IT teams** to integrate essential applications and apply effective privacy controls, using expertise in data protection and cybersecurity. + **Lead all aspects of the company's OneTrust privacy platform** to ensure efficient data mapping and compliance tracking. + **Stay Informed on Privacy Regulations:** Stay up-to-date with worldwide privacy laws and regulations to reduce legal risks and maintain trust with collaborators **.** + **Develop Instructional Materials:** Build user-friendly instructional documents and maintain an engaging SharePoint site for collaborators. + **Lead data privacy awareness training sessions** across the organization, bringing to bear strong presentation skills to educate employees. + **Maintain Data Integrity and Security:** Ensure accurate documentation of all data processing activities and support OneTrust users by resolving issues and providing mentorship on system usage. **For This Role You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field. + Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint. + Proficient understanding of information technology, cybersecurity principles, and data flow processes. + Superb communication skills in English, both written and verbal. + Ability to adapt to technological advancements, including AI, with an understanding of their privacy implications. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Familiarity with global privacy laws and regulations is preferred. + Proficiency in managing privacy tools and software, particularly OneTrust. + Experience of working in a multinational environment. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
