Regulatory Reporting Data Team is responsible for ensuring that the data used within Regulatory Reporting submissions and associated applications is maintained to a high standard of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality. We continue to strengthen our management of this data and drive improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes.

We are seeking an Associate to join the Regulatory Reporting Data Team and provide support to deliver the multi-year strategic controls roadmap. 

Job responsibilities

Managing and maintaining data quality  Maintaining and improving processes that result in enhanced data sourcing Managing and resolution of control breaks from processes Contributes to the delivery of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions by making recommendations for managing more complex situations Evaluates information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes Contributes significantly to the development of predictive models and data insights 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Must have a hands-on experience in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel and/or JIRA Must be able to promote an inclusive work environment, respects individuals at every level and leverages an agile and flexible teamwork style Has a challenge mindset & intellectually curious – agile, inquisitive, diverse, confident to question the status quo, courage to challenge Must have a strong data centric and problem solving mindset prepared to puzzle-solve and design innovative solutions Willingness to develop new skills and tool sets to implement solutions generated Demonstrate good understanding of the fundamentals of data analysis with examples Demonstrate evidence of documentation and design of process/data flows
