Autonomy Work life balance Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field; will consider Associate’s Degree in technology related field plus Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other networking certification. + Minimum one (1) year IT experience in computer systems or support. + Knowledge of CISCO, Microsoft Operating Systems and configuration, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook. + Knowledge of VM Ware environment and configuration. + Clean, valid NYS driver’s license.
