Job Title: Data Management Specialist
Job Description

The main function of a Data Management Specialist is to manage and organize inbound/outbound documents according to company procedures. This role also involves data entry within the document control group.

ResponsibilitiesClassify, catalog, store, and retrieve documentation generated by department personnel.Perform data entry tasks, including updating records and tracking deliverables.Record and keep physical and/or electronic documents, including the distribution of new documents and the removal of obsolete records.Perform quality control and documentation review checks.Develop, implement, and execute document control policies and procedures.Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure the security of the system and the integrity of documents.Essential SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task and provide customer service.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Skill in keeping information organized and confidential.Knowledge of computer hardware and software.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.5+ years of experience working as a data management or document controls specialist, specifically in the midstream industry.Experience with Oracle Aconex document management system.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.Experience in engineering documentation.Ability to train suppliers or others with Oracle Aconex.Experience in the oil and gas industry.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
