Qualifications & Experience
Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage)7-10 years of industry experience, with particular exposure to Data Management and AnalyticsExperience working with different Financial Systems - Front Office Source SystemsComfort using a range of Data tools, particularly Collibra, Informatica, Snowflake and Databricks Experience with data logic for ETL / exposure to code conversion toolsData Management + BCBS 239/Lineage/StandardizationAbility to communicate effectively with Business and Technical stakeholdersExperience preparing Business, Functional and Technical requirementsExperience with systems such as: Informatica, Hadoop, and DataikuStrong Financial Product KnowledgeAbility to build a test plan for validation of data traceabilityAbility to lead client engagements, delivery of end-to-end program initiatives, and able to identify opportunitiesExcellent communication skills across all levels of seniorityStrong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
