This position supports our accounting and shared services teams. We are looking for someone with extensive Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP and pivot tables). JD Edwards and/or Microsoft Dynamic 365 experience is preferred. 

 

This position is responsible for the accurate and timely collection, input, and maintenance of data within our ERP systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of data management principles. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure data integrity.

 

This role begins at $23 / hour. This rate could increase based on level of experience. 

Responsibilities

Data Collection:

Gather data from diverse sources including internal departments, external partners, and customers.Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with data providers.

Data Entry:

Input data into the ERP system in accordance with established procedures and standards.Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently.Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors.

Data Management:

Maintain and update data within the ERP system to reflect changes in business operations.Conduct routine data cleaning and de-duplication activities.Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.

Data Analysis:

Analyze data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related problems.Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards preferred).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, information systems, or related field.Experience in data analysis and reporting.Knowledge of data management best practices.

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.  The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
