About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Data Management Manager who can drive initiatives with a strong stakeholder management. The incumbent needs to build, operationalize a strong team supporting Data Analysis, Data Quality and Data Profiling; and deliver business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 14+ Industry experience in similar roles. Post-graduation degree preferred.Hands on experience on tools like SQL, Qualitycs, Abinitio Express IT, IDQ, Power BI, Python, and other similar toolsHands on experience in relational databases Teradata, Oracle, or similar databasesProven experience in ETL, Data Quality and Data ProfilingKnowledge and understanding of big data (Hadoop) environmentKnowledge and understanding of Data Quality controls implementation, Critical Data Element DQ checks, DQ issues/anomalies remediation, ERD, Dimensional Models and Metadata5+ years of proven team management role in terms on talent lifecycle management and Project ManagementIdentifies and recommends internal and external data sources, compiles/mines data from multiple, cross business sources; recommends and consults in the development of complex analysis designsEnsures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured/ unstructured, and collated from multiple sources.Experience in Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationLeadership experience
