This position is responsible for overseeing primary data collection, ensuring data accuracy, producing reports, and supporting research initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the head of UFSRC to maintain high standards in survey operations and research integrity. Data Collection and Reporting: + Perform daily data collection tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Clean, analyze, and prepare data for reporting using SPSS, Excel, and R. + Output survey data in various formats and contribute to statistical and analytical reports. + Prepare tables, graphs, and other visuals for reports and presentations. + Ensure quality control in data collection and reporting processes. Survey Implementation: + Manage the implementation of mail, phone, and electronic surveys, including tracking, coding responses, and electronic data entry. + Verify data collection instruments and oversee quality control measures. + Obtain Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals/exemptions and ensure compliance with all IRB requirements. + Document survey research methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices. + Process human subject payments as needed. Client and Research Support: + Screen, recruit, and track participants, and conduct qualitative interviews in both English and Spanish. + Assist clients in survey instrument design, methodology selection, and cost estimation. + Prepare, acquire, and load survey samples for data collection. + Provide support in fielding survey projects and maintaining operational efficiency. + Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Expected Salary: The salary is TBD, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Preferred Qualifications: + Two years of experience conducting surveys and/or collecting survey data. + Degree in Business or related field. + Fluency in both English and Spanish. + Experience managing survey projects, including fielding, data analysis, and reporting. + Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, SAS, or JMP. + Knowledge of survey management software, including WinCati, Qualtrics, and Scheduler. + Microsoft Excel and Word certifications. + Experience with data cleaning and report preparation. + Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. + Completion of CITI IRB-01 Mandatory Training. + Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
