Overview ***This position will be physically located in The Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP*** Under supervision of the Production/Planning Control Manager, the Data Integration Operations Analyst oversees, directs, and manages daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section. The Data Integration Operations Analyst compiles reports from GFEBS to determine ways to improve productivity in the shops and reduce work order backlogs. The Data Integration Operations Analyst looks for trends and reports findings to management. Creates dashboard type reports and tracks Key Performance Indicators. Serves as the centralized customer service focal point. Processes work requests, to include after-hours calls, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, and writes corrective maintenance (CM) work orders. Classifies work using the most current Government work classification system. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Compiles reports from GFEBS to determine ways to improve productivity in the shops and reduce work order backlogs. Classifies work using the most current Government work classification system. Conducts analyses of reports, looks for trends, and reports findings to management. Creates and submits reports (routine or ad-hoc) from the CMMS database (MAXIMO and/or GFEBS) as assigned Interacts with internal and external customers Creates and distributes Preventive Maintenance work orders Performs other job duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent preferred Must be able to obtain a CAC Must have a valid USG Driver’s license Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbally Must be a U.S. Citizen A solid background in automated data systems and information analysis Minimum of five (7) years of experience in Production Control or related field Collaborative work style fostering cooperation and teamwork Prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload Working Conditions: Ability to work under pressure Must be capable of working in tropical weather conditions Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
