Job Description

As a Data Integration Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions using the Boomi Integration Platform and other tools. Embedded within the EBI Data & Analytics Team, you will collaborate closely with the Data Integration Lead and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions that meet the organization’s evolving needs. 

You will also be expected to bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role, actively seeking opportunities to optimize processes, enhance solution performance, and incorporate industry best practices into the integration lifecycle. By fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency, you will help ensure our data integration capabilities remain reliable, agile, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and IT Teams to gather technical requirements, including data mappings, transformations, and data flows.

Develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions using the Boomi Integration Platform (training provided if necessary).

Operate within the development lifecycle to maintain, support and improve mission critical integrations.

Document technical integration processes, procedures, and specifications.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in integration processes, workflows, and system performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data integration development using Boomi or similar tools.

Understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.).

Experience with database platforms, such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL.

Knowledge of integration development lifecycle principles, including system analysis, design, and deployment.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Boomi Integration Platform.

Familiarity with IFS ERP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Passion for continuous learning, professional growth, and driving process improvements.
