Detailed Job Description:
Partner and effectively communicate with various lines of business by providing detailed guidance and tasks required to ensure EDM compliance. Self-starter with ability to learn quickly with limited guidance (i.e., carry out process end-to-end with little input). Manage assigned portfolio of technology change releases. Perform QA activities on information provided and evidence uploaded in the respective system of record. Responsible for ensuring EDM reviews (identification of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Movement control impacts) have been completed satisfactorily prior to recommending DQCE (Data Quality and Control Executive) Approval. Ability to recognize when escalations are necessary and feel comfortable escalating non-action to senior leadership. Communicate detailed and/or executive summary level updates for overall portfolio to include reviews in progress and completed reviews pending artifact collection. Meet deliverables within SLAs and work overtime when necessary. Partner with development team in efforts to enhance the user interface for associated PLDM tool.Qualifications:
Must Have:
Bachelors Degree Data Management / Data Governance Concepts System Development or Information Life-cycle Management or Assurance Experience with Technology roles (e.g., Application Analysts / Developers, Application Operations Support functions, Scrum Master etc.)Nice to Have Experience:
Masters Degree w/ focus on Information Technology Data Management Certifications (e.g., DMBOK supported certifications)Business / Data Domain Skills:
General knowledge of Banking industry Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC processes) and Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Ability to work with high volumes of detailed technical & business metadata. Ability to analyze both Process and Data to identity meaningful actionable outcomes. Understand Change Management processes in a technology environment. Prior experience in one of the following areas: Developer, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Application Support / Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst. Understand and implement changes to business processes. Develop and influence business processes necessary to support data governance related outcomes. Manage and influence across vertical organizations to achieve common objectives. Intermediate to Expert level knowledge of MS products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Skype, & Outlook
