Our client, a leading player in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of the Client Services department supporting various teams including clinical lab, R&D, sales, and insurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and dependability which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Entry Specialist - Temp to Hire
**Location:** El Monte, CA
**Pay Range:** $18/hr. - $20/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Review and verify patient information on documentation received for each case.
+ Scan in paperwork for cases received and enter data on patient information sheets to the CRM system.
+ Maintain client services quality control through communication and problem-solving with labs, sales teams, and clients.
+ Document and maintain accurate records of verbal communication with customers, including medical staff and patients.
+ Identify and resolve issues with samples/specimens received and ensure compliance with SOPs.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or AA/AS degree preferred.
+ At least 1 year of experience in data entry and client support within the healthcare industry.
+ Experience with CRM systems such as Sales Force or Siebel.
+ Knowledge of PHI and HIPAA guidelines.
+ Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 wpm.
