Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Beverly, Massachusetts. The role primarily involves handling customer applications, updating customer records, and resolving customer queries. The job function is to ensure that the customer's credit data is accurately maintained and monitored. Responsibilities: • Efficiently input business contact information into an Excel spreadsheet • Ensure meticulous review of customer data for accuracy • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry tasks • Provide customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues • Maintain customer credit records with a high level of precision • Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Use email correspondence for customer communication and follow-ups • Uphold reliability and strong attention to detail in all tasks • Conduct detailed reviews of customer data to ensure accuracy • Maintain and update spreadsheets with customer information.
