Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the retail industry located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering account payable entries, maintaining updated files, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Enter and process account payable entries efficiently using the Oracle software platform • Maintain and organize paper files related to account payable entries • Handle data entry tasks with speed and accuracy • Utilize ERP systems to navigate and perform tasks • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Use 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks • Perform scanning and typing tasks as required. Requirements • Candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in data entry is a must. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. • Applicant should have excellent 10 Key Skills. • Ability to organize files effectively is necessary. • Experience with scanning documents is a prerequisite. • Typing skills should be proficient, with a focus on accuracy and speed. • Previous experience in the retail industry is desirable.
