Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a skilled Data Entry Clerk in Fleming Island, Florida. This role is vital in managing the efficient and accurate entry and maintenance of a large volume of contractual agreements. The workplace will be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring interaction with both internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities: • Execute precise data entry of contractual agreements into the Enterprise ERP system • Maintain an organized and updated record of vendor contracts • Collaborate with vendors to acquire necessary documentation • Streamline data entry methods for better efficiency and accuracy • Handle and manage substantial data volumes • Collaborate closely with internal teams including purchasing, budget, and executive staff • Ensure the precision of vendor information related to contractual agreements • Resolve internal inquiries promptly • Complete tasks within established deadlines • Use advanced data entry skills to handle and manipulate large datasets Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in data entry is mandatory • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Candidate should have experience in email correspondence • Proven capability in organizing files is required • Must possess strong 10 key skills • Experience in performing calculations is necessary • Ability to scan documents efficiently is needed • Excellent typing skills are required • The candidate must have a university degree • Previous experience in contract compliance is a must • Knowledge of contract provisions, contract terms, and contracts is necessary • Understanding of contractual obligations is essential • Exceptional customer service skills are required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
