Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk based in Tampa, Florida. The role will primarily focus on the accurate and timely entry of data for our accounting department. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and updating our records, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers. Responsibilities: • Enter and update customer data in QuickBooks with precision and speed • Handle high-volume data entry tasks while maintaining accuracy • Utilize 10-Key skills to perform calculations and data entry tasks • Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and correspondence • Organize files and records for easy retrieval and efficient operation • Scan documents and upload them into the appropriate databases • Perform data entry tasks using various computer systems • Ensure all email correspondence is handled in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
