Job Summary: This position is for a Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for inputting a variety of data into data entry computer systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive documents and select the appropriate data entry program to input information into the system.
- Maintain vigilance for errors and omissions in the provided data and reach out to the necessary personnel to clarify and correct any discrepancies.
- Prioritize workload according to the urgency of tasks and instructions from supervisors.
- As needed, compute statistical data for management use and assist in coordinating required reports.
- Adhere to established procedures for data entry and ensure compliance with job-specific instructions.
- Prepare daily and monthly productivity reports that outline types of assignments, time spent, and work accomplished, and distribute these reports to relevant personnel or departments.
- Perform clerical functions related to the assigned office department as required.
- Operate under general supervision.
- Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
