Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of orders processed through EDIProcessing Sales Orders through SPARSGenerating Packing Slips/ LabelsGenerating Shipping QuotesInventory Entries (i.e Warehouse transfers, inputting new stock)Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast paced office with a high level of attention to detail and organization

Qualifications:

Entry Level - Will train the right candidateAssociates or Bachelor’s degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookPossess good organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesMust be professional and have good job stability
