Your tasks​

You will, together with the team, source high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in a broad range of industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products and Public Services.​You enable your clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing holistic end-to-end solutions and scoping the end-to-end delivery.​You help your clients to advance their use of data holistically within their organizationYou question the status quo, research market trends and new technologies to ensure your clients get the best solution for their requirementsYou apply and continue learning best-practices in technology, data engineering, analytics and consulting approaches.​

Your profile​

You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferably in business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics or any engineering discipline.​You have 10+ years of work experience focusing on data engineering, analytics or automation. Sales experience is a prerequisite for this role.You have experience in sourcing, planning and overseeing large scale data transformation projectsYou pay attention to the overall requirements and client strategy, have strong problem-solving skills and are technology proficient. ​You have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about working with clients on their main challenges. ​You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally also internationally​. French language skills are a plus.
