Data Engineer

Our client is looking for a driven Data Engineer to be a part of an exciting journey to create top-notch data products in the independent automotive aftermarket. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions to support various business functions like supply chain, product management, sales, and finance.

You will work with vehicle, product, and related data to design and implement efficient data pipelines, optimize system performance, and collaborate with teams to meet their data needs. We are transitioning to a new data platform in Azure, and you'll be a central resource in this development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain data solutions for business processes and analytics
* Design efficient data pipelines and optimize data structures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data requirements
* Stay updated on the latest trends in data management and analytics

Qualifications:

* Academic background in computer science, systems science, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data infrastructure and data modeling
* Strong knowledge of SQL, experience with Azure data platforms is a plus (Platform will be in Azure with Snowflake)
* Proficiency in languages like SQL, Python, and Java
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Creative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to create business value
* Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English
