As an Analytics Solutions Manager, in our Analytic Platform and Data Operations Team, you will manage a small team of Data Analyst experts that will act as the voice throughout product design and development.  

Job Responsibilities: 

Lead and coach a small team through ambiguous asks driving ideas for proposed solutions.   Participate in the operations of the global team, working closely with the Analytic Platform and Data Ops Executive Director. Create and share a strategic vision for Consumer Banking products.  Define the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements.  Advocate best practice for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation.  Own project launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, polices, and processes are in place 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics teams in a professional environment.   Python, SQL, and Big data/cloud environments experience  Experience in analytic tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.  Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with internal teams across the business.   Show effective organization skills and be detail oriented.
