Data Center Support Technician
**Job Title: Datacenter Support Team Member** **Job Description** Join our Datacenter Support team based in Downtown Los Angeles. This role involves ensuring all computer parts are properly documented and delivered to specific service rooms, supporting repair technicians for servers, and maintaining inventory control. This is an entry-level position with the potential for career growth within a strong global company. **Responsibilities** + Install racks/trays into computer bays. + Support repair technicians for servers. + Ensure all computer parts are properly documented and delivered to specific service rooms. + Perform inventory control and cycle counts. + Break down large wooden containers housing computer stations on receiving days. + Document work on a laptop. + Travel occasionally to El Segundo/Downtown LA locations for projects lasting 2-3 days. **Essential Skills** + Experience with pallet jack operation. + Inventory management and order fulfillment. + Cycle counting. + Attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable walking up to 10,000 steps daily. + Willingness to train at different site locations. + Ability to work in a high-security environment with retina and badge scans. + Ability to wear ESD composite shoes or steel toe boots. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive and engaging work culture with high potential for promotion in a growing industry. Training will take place at the Downtown Location for two weeks. The environment includes dim lighting and balmy temperatures. ESD composite shoes are required, and no cell phones or music are allowed in the working area, although phones can be used during breaks. The work schedule is from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
