**Data Center Security Supervisor**
**Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd**
**Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour**
**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Data Center Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a critical facility. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams, strong leadership abilities, and a background in security, military, or law enforcement (preferred, but not required). This role requires maintaining a secure environment, enforcing policies, and managing security personnel to ensure the highest level of protection for the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers, ensuring proper execution of security duties.
+ Ensure all security procedures and post orders are followed, including patrols, reporting, and access control.
+ Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel, providing guidance and corrective action when needed.
+ Conduct routine inspections to maintain high-security standards.
+ Collaborate with client representatives to address security concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
+ Prepare reports, track incidents, and maintain accurate documentation of security operations.
+ Assist in scheduling, payroll submissions, and personnel management.
+ Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
**Requirements**
+ Experience in supervising teams.
+ Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred, but not required.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
+ Advanced computer proficiency and familiarity with security systems.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
+ Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
+ Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
+ Must pass background check and drug screening.
**Work Conditions**
+ May be required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
+ Requires physical endurance, including prolonged standing, walking, and patrolling.
+ Exposure to various environmental conditions, including outdoor and indoor monitoring.
