The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apache Airflow Python and Databricks SQL. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to design and implement robust data solutions. Responsibilities: + Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Apache Airflow Python and Databricks SQL + Oversee the development and deployment of scalable data pipelines and workflows + Provide technical expertise in optimizing data processing and storage solutions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs + Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes + Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and workflows + Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues promptly + Implement best practices for data security and compliance + Mentor and guide junior team members in data architecture and engineering practices + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions + Contribute to the overall data strategy and roadmap of the organization + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables + Drive innovation and efficiency in data architecture processes and solutions Qualifications: Must have extensive experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows + Should possess strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and automation + Must have hands-on experience with Databricks SQL for data analysis and reporting + Should have a solid understanding of data architecture principles and best practices + Must be proficient in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines + Should have experience with cloud-based data platforms and services + Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team + Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data quality + Must be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities + Should have a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies + Must have a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
