Onin Staffing is seeking a Data and Operations Specialist in the Morrisville, NC area. This role is critical for managing and optimizing data-driven processes and ensuring efficient operations across teams.

Pay Rate: $50.00/hrShift: 1st ShiftBenefits: Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analytics: Generate and deliver monthly reports using SAP BO/BW, Excel, and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.Invoice and Payment Operations: Reconcile invoices and coordinate payment processes in collaboration with Finance teams.Data Review and Validation: Analyze program data to ensure alignment with operational requirements and handle ad hoc updates as necessary.Compliance and Oversight: Conduct weekly reviews of compliance reports, address findings, and communicate solutions with relevant stakeholders.Master Data Management: Maintain and update key data matrices, such as Microsoft Part Number lists, ensuring accurate cost adjustments and data integrity.


Work Experience

Technical Skills:

Excel Expertise: Advanced skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.Power BI & Power Automate: Proficiency in creating dashboards and automating workflows for efficient operations.Data Analytics: Experience working with large datasets, identifying trends, and providing insights.ERP System Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems for data extraction and process management.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of basic accounting principles.A proactive and curious approach to learning tools and processes (e.g., Microsoft software, MTM BOM, and manufacturing systems).
