Role purpose (overall high level summary of the role)

The role is responsible for maintain supporting and implementing changes and new procedures at regional, and country levels across products, platforms, processes, and people to support and enhance the campaign process. This includes leading cross-functional strategies and planning within the IWPB units, covering propositions, Data, and Analytics, and aligning initiatives with IWPB’s overarching objectives.


Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)

Strategic Alignment and Execution:
Support cross-business strategic implementations in alignment with governance standards.

Act as a project manager and developer across strategic initiatives with accountability on project deliverables, risk management, change management.

Customer-Centric Strategy and Engagement:
• Implement and support customer-centric strategies to ensure IWPB’s products and services meet evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for Propositions, Data, and Analytics to drive cohesion and consistency across the customer experience.


Governance and Performance Management:
• Accountable to leading the implementation and adoption Implement and execute governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives and performance standards.
• Tracking of performance scorecards (KPIs) to ensure key milestones and targets are met.
• Support budget adherence and manage resources efficiently to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Actively engage in supporting planning and setting strategic priorities to guide IWPB Customers’ teams.


Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
• Lead communication efforts with key stakeholders to promote IWPB’s objectives and drive customer-centric initiatives.
• Drive internal and external engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with Group and Local Risk strategies, Values, and Behaviours.

Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce risks of policy misinterpretation.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
• Oversee cost control measures and manage financial resources to ensure operational cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in governance, strategy, and operational frameworks.


Operational Oversight and Monitoring:
• Monitor operational performance across processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
